    Sales – Business Development Manager

    Position Summary: Provide direct management of the HTT Sales and Customer Service Team. In order to succeed in this role, this individual must be an ROI driven Strategic leader, a New Business Champion, and Customer Relationship Quarterback. This individual should have a continuous improvement mindset while analyzing sales processes.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Strategic Leader:
    - Strategically drive to clear paths for the team and leverage HTT’s core competencies to deliver top results and exceeding customer expectations focusing on the ROI within each transaction;
    - Lead in the development of strategic approaches to sales – identify attractive industries, identify winning companies within industries, mine opportunities to sell HTT’s core value propositions. Develop actions to secure business based on overall sales strategy;
    - Drive the development and management of a customer portfolio process. Identify current customers that are good partnering matches and those that are not. Develop action plans to strengthen the portfolio;
    - Promote a strong team through developing an effective and cross-functional sales and support staff.

    New Business Champion:
    - Lead the Quote Process, the New Product Development Process and coach the NPD project managers. Ensure processes are continuously improved and that NPD members are growing in their profession. Ensure that projects have resources;
    - Perform sales activities on all accounts and negotiate pricing and discounts in consultation with company President and finance team;
    - Forecast sales and pipeline management, including feeding the monthly forecasting needed for financial reporting as well as for the needs of capacity planning for departments such as operations, warehouse, and human resources.

    Customer Relationship Quarterback:
    - Develop cross-functional teams to serve key customers. Connect like-minded professionals from HTT to the customer and ensure that relationships continuously run broadly through both organizations;
    - Work closely with Customer Service, Engineering Manager and Plant Managers to ensure that projects stay on time and within budget.

    Sales Process/General Responsibilities:
    - Create team metrics and reporting to maintain high performance and identify process improvement opportunities;
    - Apply Continuous Improvement techniques to take process performance to the next level;
    - Ability to create contracts and terms while brokering agreements with customers;
    - Maintain master data;
    - Generate input for the annual planning process;
    - Comply with company handbooks and policies;
    - Other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience/Qualifications
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related experience;
    - 7 years of proven sales experience in a custom manufacturing environment;
    - 3 years of coaching and developing other sales & marketing professionals;
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills;
    - Self-directed with the ability to facilitate problem solving in a complex sales solution;
    - Ability to work with a diverse cross-function team including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and distribution to deliver results;
    - Willingness to travel domestically.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Experience serving customers in the Automotive Manufacturing industry;
    - Experience with IATF16949, PPAP submissions, and Advanced Product Quality Planning;

    Corporate – Engineering Manager

    Position Summary: Provide direct management of the HTT engineering department to include engineers, tool room, maintenance and quality.     Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Strategic Leader:
    - Provide engineering solutions and lead team in advancing new ways to leverage HTT’s core competencies for delivering top results, exceeding customer expectations and delivering outstanding ROI.
    - Lead and develop business goals and objectives in support of HTT’s Leadership Team;
    - Promote the development of a strong professional team and support staff that focuses on customer service both internal and external.
    - Monitors industry trends and developments in engineering technology and makes recommendations on equipment/systems investments;

    Project Champion:
    - Lead engineering teams in the specification and delivery of projects that meet the goals, are delivered on time and within budget. As a leader, can prioritize competing priorities based on ROI principles and strategic considerations.
    - Coach members of the team in project management to ensure projects the team members are leading meet the goals, are delivered on time and within budget. As a coach, holds members appropriately accountable and provides techniques, problems solving advice and resources.
    - Forecast and spec out future projects, manage quoting and installation timelines in consultation with company President and finance team – maintaining a Project Portfolio, which could include items such as capital expenditures.

    Team Leader:
    - Provide the overall direction of the Engineering team to assure effective solutions and efficient implementations;
    - Create team metrics and reporting to maintain high performance and identify process improvement opportunities;
    - Apply Continuous Improvement techniques to take Engineering processes to the next level of performance;
    - Provide Direction for the Continuous Improvement Program that serves the entire organization, both production and administrative processes.
    - Provide thought leadership and team leadership for all aspects of engineering, including, but not limited to: Facilities Planning, Capital Expenditures Planning & Execution, Continuous Improvement Consulting, Process Controls and Sensoring support, Automation support and a wide variety of trouble shooting.
    - Provide thought leadership and team leadership for all aspects of manufacturing and facilities maintenance, including, but not limited to: Preventative Maintenance, manuals/drawing/programs for production equipment, management of outside contractors and the like.
    - Provide thought leadership and team leadership for all aspects of quality assurance, including, but not limited to: trouble shooting, non-conforming product disposition and rework, quality processes, quality compliance/certification efforts and the like.
    - Provide thought leadership and team leadership for all aspects of Tool & Die Shop activities, including, but not limited to: trouble shooting, preventative maintenance, sensor implementation and training, and the like.
    - Own and maintain the software tools that enable engineering to fulfil their responsibilities, including ERP master data related to manufacturing engineering (BOMs, routings, etc.);
    - Generate input for the annual planning process;
    - Comply with company handbooks and policies;
    - Other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience/Qualifications

    Shipping – Material Handler

    Position Summary: Position is responsible for servicing all HTT production departments efficiently and safely. Moves materials/parts in the plant, yard or worksite as needed by production departments or supervisor.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Insure raw material/product is delivered to internal customers in a timely manner;
    • Moves materials/parts in the plant, yard or worksite as needed by production departments or supervisor;
    • Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude with all customers both internal and external;
    • Use up-ender for safe and efficient raw material deliveries to presses;
    • Communicate to and work closely with other material handlers and team members;
    • Packages items in accordance with various shipping requirements as needed;
    • Updates computer records regarding locations and accurate quantities;
    • Computer/Inventory transactions as needed to document material movement and locations;
    • This role is also integral to physical inventories and must be available to work during both scheduled physical inventories;
    • Works within the Safety Rules and Guidelines set forth by HTT Management;

    Production – Production Associate

    HTT, Inc. is currently looking for Production Associates for both our Powder Coating and Secondary Operations areas on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift!

    Position Summary:
    Position is responsible for working in a fast paced, team environment.

    • Inspect parts visually to identify defects;
    • Hang and remove parts from coating line conveyors OR;

    Production – Process Technician

    Position Summary: Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving current and new methods, processes, and products for efficiency and to establish job standards as required. Document and provide training, as required, to powder coating operators and leads involved with the operation, development, and troubleshooting of powder coating processes/products.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Identify common and peculiar coating defects, determine their root causes, and implement corrective actions using problem solving methodology.
    • Establish or define standard processes for set-ups to meet or exceed production and quality expectations for reliability
    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and be actively involved in the implementation, planning, and execution of those projects.
    • Establish best-practices operational parameters for all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, booth collection systems, and wash / pretreatment system components
    • Establish proper cleaning and PM’s of powder coating equipment.
    • Train Powder Coating team members on technical knowledge, best practices and processes.
    • Focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment utilizing 5S initiatives.

    Experience/Qualifications

    Production – Set-Up Technician

    Position Summary: Position is responsible for producing parts using a punch press that makes precision cuts, punches and draws into metal. Will set-up, operate punch presses to efficiently and effectively to attain set standards.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Set-up, adjust and operate auto and single hit punch presses to form, bend and punch a metal material.
    • Set-up dies and gauges.
    • Adjust ram strokes of presses to specified lengths, using hand tools.
    • Set and remove coils as needed.
    • Inspect parts visually and using measuring tools or fixtures to determine if part is to print and within customer specifications.
    • Perform adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the punch.
    • Maintain equipment and tooling with use of appropriate lubricants.
    • Inspect and package product produced in accordance to customer order.
    • Locate and verify material required to produce parts per specified order trigger.
    • Perform operator preventative maintenance as specified/required.
    • Safely operate forklift as needed.
    • Follow lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures as defined by company programs.
    • Understand and meet or exceed daily productivity requirements.
    • Active involvement in continuous improvement activities and initiatives. Minimum of 2-3 documented CI suggestions annually.
    • Participate in required company training programs.
    • Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/TS/IATF procedures pertaining to Manufacturing and Quality.
    • Produce product that conforms 100% to customer requirements.
    • Operate and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

    • Experience inputting measurements by reading schematics and blueprints.
