    Shipping – Material Handler

    Position Summary: Position is responsible for servicing all HTT production departments efficiently and safely. Moves materials/parts in the plant, yard or worksite as needed by production departments or supervisor.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Insure raw material/product is delivered to internal customers in a timely manner;
    • Moves materials/parts in the plant, yard or worksite as needed by production departments or supervisor;
    • Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude with all customers both internal and external;
    • Use up-ender for safe and efficient raw material deliveries to presses;
    • Communicate to and work closely with other material handlers and team members;
    • Packages items in accordance with various shipping requirements as needed;
    • Updates computer records regarding locations and accurate quantities;
    • Computer/Inventory transactions as needed to document material movement and locations;
    • This role is also integral to physical inventories and must be available to work during both scheduled physical inventories;
    • Works within the Safety Rules and Guidelines set forth by HTT Management;
    • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

    Experience/Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent;
    • 3 or more years of certified forklift driving experience;
    • Previous computer experience with ERP is a preferred;
    • 1 year or more of shipping and manufacturing experience;
    • CDL Class B certification is preferred.

    Production – Production Associate

    HTT, Inc. is currently looking for Production Associates for both our Powder Coating and Secondary Operations areas on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift!

    Position Summary:
    Position is responsible for working in a fast paced, team environment.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Inspect parts visually to identify defects;
    • Hang and remove parts from coating line conveyors OR;
    • Operator machinery to wash and/or deburr finished products;

    Production – Process Technician

    Position Summary: Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving current and new methods, processes, and products for efficiency and to establish job standards as required. Document and provide training, as required, to powder coating operators and leads involved with the operation, development, and troubleshooting of powder coating processes/products.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Identify common and peculiar coating defects, determine their root causes, and implement corrective actions using problem solving methodology.
    • Establish or define standard processes for set-ups to meet or exceed production and quality expectations for reliability
    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and be actively involved in the implementation, planning, and execution of those projects.
    • Establish best-practices operational parameters for all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, booth collection systems, and wash / pretreatment system components
    • Establish proper cleaning and PM’s of powder coating equipment.
    • Train Powder Coating team members on technical knowledge, best practices and processes.
    • Focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment utilizing 5S initiatives.
    • Follow safety standards and comply with company procedures, rules, policies.
    • Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/TS/IATF procedures pertaining to Manufacturing and Quality.

    Experience/Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ combination of relevant experience, training, and/or education
    • Powder Coating technical training / accredited course completion is highly desirable
    • Working knowledge of thermosetting resin coatings and the established principles, practices, and techniques associated with their applications including wash and pretreatment process.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Proficient in Powder Coating metrology equipment and testing procedures.
    • Ability to read and interpret customer drawings and specifications.
    • Detail oriented, some computer skills (Excel, Word, Email) required.

    Production – Set-Up Technician

    Position Summary: Position is responsible for producing parts using a punch press that makes precision cuts, punches and draws into metal. Will set-up, operate punch presses to efficiently and effectively to attain set standards.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Set-up, adjust and operate auto and single hit punch presses to form, bend and punch a metal material.
    • Set-up dies and gauges.
    • Adjust ram strokes of presses to specified lengths, using hand tools.
    • Set and remove coils as needed.
    • Inspect parts visually and using measuring tools or fixtures to determine if part is to print and within customer specifications.
    • Perform adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the punch.
    • Maintain equipment and tooling with use of appropriate lubricants.
    • Inspect and package product produced in accordance to customer order.
    • Locate and verify material required to produce parts per specified order trigger.
    • Perform operator preventative maintenance as specified/required.
    • Safely operate forklift as needed.
    • Follow lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures as defined by company programs.
    • Understand and meet or exceed daily productivity requirements.
    • Active involvement in continuous improvement activities and initiatives. Minimum of 2-3 documented CI suggestions annually.
    • Participate in required company training programs.
    • Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/TS/IATF procedures pertaining to Manufacturing and Quality.
    • Produce product that conforms 100% to customer requirements.

    Production – Warehouse Manager

    HTT, Inc. is currently recruiting for a full-time Warehouse Manager for our Sheboygan Plant. This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain and will be responsible for providing oversight and establish procedures to handle all shipping and receiving functions. This individual will manage personnel to meet company KPI goals using continuous improvement methodologies. Provides leadership and direction to the Shipping & Receiving department primarily in the areas of inventory control, shipping, receiving, scheduling, and safety.

    • Coordinate on-time and cost effective shipping and receiving of material and finished goods and supplies from vendors and customers using company software.

    Corporate – Administrative Asst.

    Position Summary: Position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations management team including updating and maintaining production documentation such as work instructions, set-up sheets, etc. to support on-time completion of work within production schedule.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Verifies packets for accuracy and completion of documentation.
    • Performs go / no-go decision for completion of routed operations using collected system data.
    • Verifies labor, counts, etc. on completed travelers.
    • Reviews wanding and time entry for employees - updates ops management with descrepencies.
    • Prints and assembles job packets for operations as needed.
    • Print production labels as part of packets as needed.
    • Review, identify and report issues to Operations Management when anomalies/abnormalities exist in paperwork or systems.
    • Electronically scan and accurately file/store completed job packet if needed.
    • Electronically scan and accurately file/store material certs within the customer files if needed.

    Corporate – Engineering Technician

    Position Summary: This position reporting to the Engineering Manager is a hybrid role that supports Toolroom, Maintenance and Engineering. The responsibilities span from updating CAD drawings, to programming lasers, press brakes, and robots, with a high understanding of sensors. This individual needs to be a self-starter that keeps continuous improvement on the forefront of all decisions.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    - Design and detail dies and die components, fixtures, and gages using CAD for internal or external tool resources.
    - Assist the tool room supervisor with internal tool room projects.
    - Assist manufacturing engineering in automation designs, with the ability to execute the design and assembly.
    - Ability to integrate robotics, PLC's into an automated production cell
    - Provide technical support to internal customers including stamping, fabrications, resistance welding, MIG Welding, Powder Coating.
    - Laser/Press Brake Programming knowledge (Radan/Radbend preferred)
    - Robotic programming knowledge (UR Robot, Panasonic, Motoman preferred)
    - Use analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day.
    - Participate in company-wide lean initiatives.
    - Self-driven starter, with strong documentation skills.
    - Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    - 2-year Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or related field.

    Preferred Experience
