HTT's water jet cutter is a versatile computer controlled machine. This piece of equipment will pierce and cut virtually any type of material from wood or plexiglass to steel as well as exotics. No heat transfer results from water jet cutting so it is perfect for heat sensitive jobs.

The simple computer controls are programmed using a DXF file, so most CAD files can be converted for use in the water jet. This makes the water jet perfect for prototype work as well as short run production jobs.

This machine is capable of cutting material up to 4" thick with accuracy depending on the material thickness. Usually material under 1" thick can be cut with an accuracy of +- .008". Pieces up to 38" x 18" in size can be mounted on the water jet for cutting.
